3rd ASIAN KABADI CHAMPIONSHIP
OGDCL, does not only focus on promoting sports activities at local level but has also left its mark on the international stage by contribution to bring international sport to Pakistan. In this regard a sponsorship worth Rs.4 million was provided to the organizers of the 3rd Asian Kabaddi Championship.
3rd GOLD CUP FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT, KOHAT
OGDCL organized 3rd OGDCL KPK Gold Cup Football Tournament 2015 with the collaboration of District Football Association at Kohat. Teams of various districts of KPK participated in the tournament. The aim / objective of this tournament was to create healthy / harmonious atmosphere for E&P activities in the Province through conveying a message of peace and harmony from OGDCL.
BLIND CRICKET TOURNAMENT
OGDCL sponsored the 3rd and 4th Prime Minister T20 Blind Cricket Tournament in 2015 & 2016 respectively. Many teams participated in the event and made it a huge success. Many renowned personalities also appeared and supported the event.
CATTLE SHOW, KOHAT
An Amount of Rs. 500,000/- Was Given For Support To District Govt. Kohat To Make Arrangements for Cattle Fair Show to Promote Healthy Activities in Shakardara Area District Kohat.
PUNJAB YOUTH FESTIVAL
OGDCL sponsored an amount of Rs. 20 million for Punjab Youth Festival. The Punjab youth festival 2015 was held at Lahore where 35 countries participated in different sports activities. The funds were provided with the vision that these festivals shall encourage sportsmanship spirit and community bonding and shall provide people of all ages an equal opportunity to enjoy the sports.
MOTOR DESERT CHALLENGE, JHAL MAGSI
A three-day motor sports event was held in the mid of December, 2016. The Company sponsored the most thrilling motor sports event at Jhal Magsi. Same even was also sponsored by the Company in 2015.
CULTURAL & SPORTS ACTIVITIES, GHOTKI
The District Government Ghotki held an event for cultural and to promote healthy sports activities for the community of District Ghotki. The Company participated in the event by sponsoring Rs. 6.0 million.
