Supply Chain Management Department is always considered one of the main pillars of OGDCL.  OGDCL’s Supply Chain Management aims to procure timely, quality material and services at a competitive price, while complying the PPRA rules and Company procedures that contributes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of the existing facilities and explore new hydrocarbon reserves to achieve the Company’s goal.

The operational role of the Supply Chain Management is bifurcated into:
