Mr. Hameed Afzal assumes the role of General Manager (JV&BD) since July 2023. Mr. Hameed is a holder of a B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Commencing his journey with OGDCL as an Assistant Engineer (Production) in December 1990, he has evolved into a seasoned and performance-driven Petroleum Engineer, accumulating over 34 years of diversified experience in the Oil and Gas sector. His unwavering commitment to the field and his leadership in the realms of Joint Ventures and Business Development underscore his significance as a valuable asset to the organization.
