OGDCL Projects Department plans and executes Company’s Brown/Green Fields projects to meet Company’s production requirements and commitment made to its customers to meet Country’s energy demand by development of projects. Development of fields is based on certified reserves, covering but not limited to techno-commercial feasibility studies, establishment of facilities including Wellhead system, Wellhead Compression, Front end/Nodal Compression Facilities, Flow lines, Gathering Stations, Gas Processing & Purification, Condensate/Crude Stabilization & Storage, LPG recovery & Storage, Allied Utility Systems, Sales Gas Compression, Sales Gas Metering Systems, Truck Loading Automations Systems and oil/LPG metering stations for the production of Pipeline/ Saleable Quality Gas, LPG, NGL and Sulfur.

Projects Department comprises highly experienced multidisciplinary teams of seasoned professionals, capable of conducting various techno-commercial feasibility Studies, Basic & FEED Engineering Design, Technical Services, Construction, Contracts and Project Management. These teams work in a coordinated environment and perform efficiently to timely complete projects to reap maximum benefits in line with their strategic objectives and to ensure project’s quality & safety requirements are fulfilled.

OGDCL is enhancing capabilities of its Project Management Teams with regular trainings from reputable trainers/institutes in Pakistan i.e. LUMS, IBA etc. Furthermore, Project Teams are in the process of international professional certifications from Project Management Institute, USA. This will further enhance their capabilities and impart state-of-the-art Project Management skills.
