Mr. Sikandar Ali Shaikh

Mr. Sikandar Ali Shaikh currently serves as General Manager (CSR) at OGDCL, where he leads the Company’s nationwide community development initiatives and oversees land management operations across its exploration and production footprint.

He joined OGDCL in 1993 as an HR/Admin Officer and holds a degree in Business Communication and Economics. With over three decades of diverse professional experience, Mr. Shaikh has held several key managerial roles, including Regional Coordinator in Sukkur, Multan, and Karachi, and leadership positions in Industrial Relations (IR), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Human Resource Development (HRD), Recruitment, External Communication, CSR, and Land Management.

His extensive exposure to both field operations and head office functions has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations. Under his leadership, the CSR Department continues to expand its impact through sustainable, transparent, and community-driven projects aligned with OGDCL’s commitment to social responsibility.
