Mr. Tariq M. Qureshi joined OGDC in 1988 and possesses over 38 years of expertise in Human Resources, Administration, and Organizational Development. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions toward strengthening institutional capacity and aligning HR frameworks with the Company’s evolving strategic requirements.

He has played a pivotal role in modernizing OGDCL’s HR systems, successfully leading initiatives in workforce planning and organizational restructuring. Under his leadership, the HR function transitioned into a strategic partner focused on operational excellence and transparency. Currently, Mr. Qureshi promotes a people-centric culture emphasizing professional development. An active sports enthusiast, he integrates teamwork and discipline in his professional outlook.
