OGDCL concluded a transformative three-day workshop titled "Future Growth Spaces for OGDCL - The Next Decade," held at OGTI. The workshop, organized in collaboration with trainers from IBA, focused on envisioning the future growth of OGDCL over the next decade (2024-2034). The workshop was attended by OGDCL's General Managers and Managers, facilitating an intensive, hands-on approach to strategic planning. Through various innovative tools and methodologies, the senior management team worked on building future scenarios, fostering an innovation mindset, and setting a strategic roadmap for the company. Sessions on Days 2 and 3 of the workshop, guided participants through various strategic foresight tools and activities.
