OGDCL has organized a first-of-its-kind field training session at its Dhakni Plant to enhance the professional skills of its employees. The training was attended by 50 employees divided into two batches. The training session, moderated by Mr. Mehtab Hameed, an NLP Master Trainer from Shape Company, introduced participants to the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Employees explored advanced concepts such as the VAK Model and hypnosis. The comprehensive training session covered essential skills such as ownership, time management, stress management, and adaptive behavior. OGDCL is committed to ensuring its employees are equipped with the latest tools and techniques to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
