The two-day forum in Islamabad brought together over 5,000 participants and 300 international delegates and industry leaders to explore Pakistan’s vast mineral potential. Featuring high-level panel discussions, strategic partnerships, and knowledge-sharing sessions, PMIF-25 served as a vital platform to promote responsible, sustainable, and investment-friendly mining practices. Sideline meetings were also held with delegates from China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and the USA.

The successful conclusion of PMIF-25 has positioned Pakistan as an emerging global hub for minerals and natural resources, underscoring OGDCL’s commitment to driving economic growth, fostering global collaboration, and unlocking the full potential of the country’s mineral wealth.

He also reviewed initial preparations for PMIF-26, including its date and venue, and emphasized the need to build on the momentum generated. He stressed the importance of early planning, international outreach, and innovative strategies to ensure next year’s forum is even more impactful and inclusive.
