OGDCL, IBA Karachi Launch Leadership Academy

OGDCL and IBA Karachi have launched the OGDCL x IBA Leadership Academy, a pioneering national initiative aimed at developing future-ready leaders for Pakistan’s energy sector and beyond.
This strategic collaboration focuses on developing future-ready leaders through leadership programs, applied research, a Transformation Office, and an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Desk tailored for the energy sector to navigate the evolving challenges of the sector.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Hayat Lak, MD/CEO OGDCL, and Dr. S. Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director, IBA Karachi. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to investing in human capital, fostering innovation, and enhancing systems across the energy ecosystem.
