OGDCL Pioneers Female Representation in Field Positions
OGDCL became the first Exploration and Production (E&P) company in the country to deploy female officers to field positions. This move is a significant step in the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The action plan includes the placement of three female officers at the Dakhni Plant, with a mandatory rotation of two females at a time on a 14-day shift basis. The deployment will initially last for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of an extension to six months.
MD OGDCL Ahmed Hayat Lak and other top management of the company hosted a session titled "Placement of Female Officers at Field" to discuss the opportunities and support available for female employees. The session underscored the company's commitment to facilitating career advancement and inclusion.
