OGDCL Partners with MCE Risalpur to Support Youth Development in Mining Sector

OGDCL has signed an MoU with the Military College of Engineering (MCE), Risalpur, to support youth development in the mining sector. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen Pakistan’s economy by harnessing the potential of its youth and natural resources.

MCE has launched postgraduate programs under its newly established Department of Sustainable Advanced Geomechanical Engineering (SAGE) to address complex mining challenges and bridge the sector’s critical skills gap.

To tackle the shortage of skilled mining professionals in Pakistan, particularly in mining engineering, OGDCL will sponsor deserving students, enabling them to access quality postgraduate education and contribute effectively to the industry.
