OGDCL Joins Hands with PMYP and NAVTTC to Empower Youth Across Pakistan

OGDCL has signed a tripartite MoU with the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) and the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) to advance youth empowerment across Pakistan. The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed Hayat Lak, MD/CEO, OGDCL, accompanied by senior management; Rana Mashhood Ahmed, Chairman PMYP; and Gulmina Bilal Ahmad, Chairperson NAVTTC.

Under OGDCL’s Corporate Social Responsibility framework, this partnership will deliver coordinated programs in vocational and technical training, job creation, sports development, environmental sustainability, and civic engagement. By prioritizing underserved and remote communities, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, fostering a skilled, inclusive, and future-ready Pakistan.
