OGDCL Welcomes First-Ever All-Female Batch of Management Trainees
OGDCL has inducted its first batch of female Management Trainee Officers (MTOs), reflecting the Company’s commitment to gender equity and its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy.
A ceremony was held at the OGDCL Training Institute (OGTI) to welcome the new cohort. Selected through a rigorous, merit-based process, these trainees represent diverse academic backgrounds from institutions across Pakistan.
The MTOs will undergo a one-year training program that combines classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentorship by industry professionals to develop technical expertise, leadership skills, and sector-specific knowledge—preparing them for impactful careers in the oil and gas industry.
This initiative underscores OGDCL’s dedication to inclusive growth and the empowerment of women in Pakistan’s energy sector.
