PAKISTAN BASINS STUDY

A Joint Venture of OGDCL, PPL, MPCL, and GHPL has been established by DGPC to undertake the Pakistan Sedimentary Basin Study. This consortium, formalized through a signed cost-sharing agreement, aims to enhance regional geological understanding and address geological complexities, paving the way for future exploration opportunities.

Phase 1 of the study focuses on reviewing and selecting available Geological and Geophysical (G&G) data. OGDCL's dedicated teams, in collaboration with the consultant, are actively engaged in executing the tasks outlined in the study’s defined scope of work.
