The company is planning to extend professional certifications in various fields to enhance the skills and expertise of its employees. These certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply-UK (CIPS), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), International Well Control Form (IWCF) for Drilling Professionals, and Rig Pass Safety Training for Drilling Professionals. Currently, the PMP certification, Rig Pass Safety Training, and Well Control Form certifications are underway. In addition to these, more certifications will be added in the future to cover a broader range of professional fields.
