Staff Members Training Program

OGDCL is committed to the continuous development of its staff through diverse learning programs focused on both technical and soft skills. Trade-based training enhances employees’ technical competencies in key areas, ensuring they stay current and effective in their roles. Complementing this, soft skills programs develop communication, teamwork, time management, and leadership abilities essential for success in a collaborative work environment.

By integrating both aspects, OGTI ensures staff are not only technically proficient but also adaptable, well-rounded, and prepared to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
