Recognizing the critical role of water in sustaining life, OGDCL is dedicated to serving the communities in and around its operational areas. We address local challenges like water scarcity and stress by providing utility water on daily basis, solarized filtration plants pressure pumps, tube wells,  water channels , chak dams etc. 

The Company continues to supply clean drinking water through water tankers and bousers to the locals of Loti, Pirkoh, Tando Alam, Daru, Sari/Hundi, Thal, Rajian, Chak Naurang, Dhodak, Chanda and Nashpa fields through water bousers, through digging of tube wells and installation of pressure pumps.

Expanding access to Clean Water across OGDCL field areas

Installed solar-based water filtration systems and pressure pumps in Attock, Chakwal, Karak, and Kohat, along with RO plants in several other districts including Jhal Magsi, Tharparkar, Ghotki, Gujar Khan and Multan enhancing access to clean water across Pakistan.

OGDCL and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department Collaborate on Chak Dams Project

OGDCL has signed a MoU with the Irrigation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the construction of three Chak dams in Lakki Marwat. This initiative aims to enhance water storage and raise the water level in the region, contributing to improved water resource management and agricultural productivity.

OGDCL Enhances Water Infrastructure in Balochistan

OGDCL by extending and developing a vital water scheme near Sohbutpur has improved water access in Balochistan. In addition, the company also rehabilitated a water scheme in District Dera Bugti, ensuring that local communities have reliable access to clean water.
